My understanding of how we've been using these lists in the past is:

1. imc-oxford-features: Anything to do with the website.
eg:
-proposing or working on features
-announcing hidden or deselected stuff
-proposing changes to the website
2. imc-oxford: Anything else.
eg:
-organising or announcing meetings
-minutes of meetings
-organising or announcing film screenings, leafletting etc
-people asking how to get involved in OxIMC

This seems to be confirmed by the sentence at the end of this blurb:

...which refers to one list as the 'general' list and the other as the
'editorial (anything strictly to do with the website)' list.
I'm not sure whether it makes sense to have this split or not; we can
discuss changing it if people want. But for the moment I thought it'd be
useful to clarify it for new people..
