an you add a link to both the Bristol and German proposals on the IMC
pipermail (?) lists.

Given that IMC Germany have made a proposal, I think it would be good to
have a German translation. The only way I personally know of doing this
is to use google and bablfish - both of which produce different results
(but seem to translate back in an understanable fashion). So I suggest
including both results in the final email thus ...
