[Imc-oxford] OxIMC statement to global

Regarding this statement:

I had planned to silently stand aside.

I have since decided that it would be helpful if I were to make my
stand-aside explicit.

I disagree with the statement, because I think that Oxford's neutral
posture is wrong. I am a member of the Mayday collective as well as the
Oxford collective, and I support the actions that the Mayday collective
has taken.

However I think it is really important that Oxford does make a statement.

I am not prepared to block, because that would make it impossible for
Oxford to make a statement. I believe I am in a minority of one in the
collective, and I do not think I have a snowflake's chance in hell of
persuading Oxford to get down off the fence. I've made my case to the
colelctive both as individuals and at meetings, and I'm sure I can't
change the collective's position.

So I stand aside.
