[Imc-oxford] Domain name for Oxford IMC

Hi

At the last meeting we agreed to get the translations done to finalise
our application to be an independent IMC before the next meeting.

There's one question we haven't answered - what domain name do we want?
We could have oxford.indymedia.org, but I seem to remember a view that
we wanted a domain name that we controlled.

I currently have the following names registered, and I'm happy for them
to be owned by the Ox IMC collective ...
    * oxfordindymedia.org
    * oxfordindymedia.org.uk
    * oxford-indymedia.org
    * oxford-indymedia.org.uk

I prefer oxford-indymedia.org because it's readable and short - so I'll
change our IMC application to that unless anybody wants to suggest
something else.
