hey kids. communique from pixie concerning 1877. for those of you who
might not be entirely familiar, 1877 is the space project that we can most
likely get an office in. see below for further detail. let me know what
you think. emma, exactly how much do we have in the coffers today?

The crows maintain that a single crow could destroy the
heavens. There is no doubt of that, but it proves nothing
against the heavens, for heaven simply means:
the impossibility of crows.

Andy,
I had a question for you. We might be on the verge of our backup plan:
renting a house and starting up a "lite version" of 1877. This will be a
way for us to get things rolling, analyse our space needs, and appeal to
investors by having a community center already under operation.
I wanted to know if IMC will be able to establish offices and how much
($0-$100) it will be able to pay per month. We're looking at a
January-February start date and would like to move people in ASAP regardless
of ability to pay rent, but most likely Jeremiah and I will be paying for it
out of pocket by getting jobs, so we'll be really blessed if housed
organizations will help.
So let me know if IMC could pay immediately or when they could pay and also
I want to make it clear IMC will be welcome to set up offices as soon as
we're opened.
We're having a benefit show with POG on friday the 13th
http://www.cease.info/13 so if you could let everyone know that doesn't,
that would be great. We should have enough money through fundraising by
then to at least put down the deposit.
I tried to add to the calendar the event, but it never seems to work for me,
I got it to work once but not again, has anyone else reported this problem?
Let me know,
Branden
