Here's some info on something going on Friday night. A couple of us will
be speaking at 1877, so we won't be able to go, but this sounds
superinteresting.

Subject: April 25th Workshops/Discussions
Hi Andy,
Pittsburgh Professors for Peace and Justice and Students in Solidarity
Antiwar are putting together an event for the Regional Peace Re-Convergence
this upcoming weekend. Our event will consist of Workshops: presentations
of different topics followed by group discussion. The topics will be:
1. U.S. Media: one sided war coverage
2.Liberation/Rebuilding/Costs
3. Who's next? When will it all end? How can you win a war on terrorism?
What can we do to oppose it?
4.History of the 1st Gulf War to the present Gulf war.
Our event is scheduled for Friday, April 25th, 6:30-8:30pm in the Lower
Lounge (Blue Room) of the William Pitt Union. We will be presenting 2
topics simultaneously each on one side of the room and each for an hour.
Attached is an agenda with how it will be set up.
You were my contact from Indymedia for the Student Strike, and I was
wondering if you had access to a list serve for Indymedia, of if you knew
of a few people who might like to attend. Thanks alot! Take care.
Peace,
Kathleen
