[IMC-pgh-discuss] agenda items for upcoming general meeting?

hi, as most of yall know, the next monthly IMC general
meeting will be held on the first saturday of september,
next weekend.  i think it would be good for a somewhat
detailed agenda to go out before the meeting, so if people
(especially those from IMC working groups, but others as
well) could throw out possible agenda items for the
meeting to this list, i'd appreciate it.

some things on my mind include:

* follow up / report back on open house
* future IMC newsreal plans
* space staffing
* updates from tech

can people add meat to these items or throw
out new ones?
