[IMC-pgh-discuss] the situation with SF-IMC?

since becoming friends with some of the portland and indybay imcistas i 
trust their perspectives on the problem. i support both SF IndyBays' 
attempt to resolve the situation and portland's decision to censure 
SF-IMC.

whether that means indypgh should adopt the same stance as portlands' 
is another matter, however. let's discuss it at tomorrow's mtg.
