good news:

we had a very well attended screening tonight: somewhere between 30-40 
people (maybe more?). people responded well to quinten's edit - kudos 
to him for pulling it together. we also collected $80.

bad news:

it looks like the iBook's video card, or perhaps the lcd display, is 
broken. cmu has an apple authorized repair center; i propose that one 
of the cmu kids take it there for an estimate. if memory serves the 
cost for an estimate is $35, which is applied to the final cost of the 
repair.

is this something we can consense to on-line? it would be good to get 
the ibook repaired soon since andy has pledged to draft at least two 
imc documents...
