Lots of things to talk about on Saturday. Here are a few that come to mind

* Improve Recruitment and retention of new volunteers
* Editorial policy
 	* Codify some of the rules-of-thumb that we're using right now
 	* Change feature policy to get more stuff featured
* New Location-based Categories; using them

We could have a long discussion on editorial policy re hiding things, but
for me the big thing is making it easier and faster to feature something.
Right now our policy is that a feature proposal must wait 12 hours before
being posted; maybe we can either decrease the time limit or come up with
a new policy, such as requiring at least two members of the editorial
collective to approve it.

Maybe at the same time we could settle our debate of "what is a feature"
that we've kind of struggled with a number of times in the past. Does it
need to be local? Does it need to start on the newswire?

Finally, we need to find a way to make the categories we added a while ago
visible and start actually using them. This might involve outreach to our
neighboring communities, maybe trying to get a "regional independent
media" meeting to happen.
