i dunno . . . i mean, i'd prefer to err on the side of allowing a lot of
stuff on the newswire rather than  putting ourselves in the position of
determining what is/isn't news. people who read the newswire *generally*
(not always) know that it's open publishing and they can filter stuff out
for themselves . . .
