Sometime in October mtoups at andrew.cmu.edu assaulted the keyboard and produced:

correct it's not a feature proposition.

i was about to tell maryellen to publish it to the newswire, then i thought
about our policies. since it's sort of an advertisement, i didn't want to
tell her to post it and then have one of us hide it. it would feel like an
ass then :). hence i sent it to the list to ask people what they thought.
