[IMC-pgh-editorial] Formal proposal--Deadline January 10, 2004, 9:00pm EST

Hey all

At the meeting today, we discussed the proposal and I decided, as Mary was
unclear as to the nature of the proposal and the deadline, I would extend
the deadline to 48 hours from now: January 19, 2004, 4:00 pm EST.

Then we can go ahead with it.

Sorry for the confusion, all, and sorry to get you excited about
implementing the change now. You can wait two more days . . .
