[Imc-ph-manila] 2 Proposals

I have some proposals for imc-manila, however, as i am not really a 
collecitve member they are really suggestions rather than formalt 
proposals. Please consider them as step out of this continuing conflict.

1. I propose discussion on the manila infoshop materials be moderated 
from the list, so that imc-manila has the ability to focus on things 
that concern it.*

Nothing more can be achieved through on-list discussion.
I have agreed to help return materials and have the phone numbers of all 
people invoved.

*2. I also propose that and threat of violence result in a one week 
ban/moderation, if consensed upon by the collective. (each case should 
be concensed upon by the collective individually depending on context)
cont'd threats should recieve indefinite ban/moderation until there is 
concensus to trust the collective member again.*

I hate censorship and authoritarian measures, but it is not fair or in 
any way allowable for people to have to work in spaces, even virtual 
ones, where there are threats of violence.Violence in any form should 
not be taken lightly.

Mutual _respect_ is _paramouont_. Especially when we are working for 
social change toward a better world.
