[Imc-photos] image database beta online

A couple of points
First forgive me for not saying it earlier but I think this is really hot 
system.

On the front page can it have a link/text on how to join IMC photos 
list/email

Some links to imc photographers help pages would be good like the video 
group has, these may need to be created, but we have some on Nott's wiki 
pages

Banner: dose anyone think it should say IMC Photos or similar? Just so it 
stands out from independent media centre
Index page needs title, when saving to favourites it comes up saying 
untilled page, just a small point but helps search engines find the final 
site
