Yes I think you are correct. Especially since I seem to be the only
one having problems.

Note: I am using a cyber cafe, so if I am haveing the problem others
*may* also have the same problem if they upload from a cyber cafe.

Also: I get an error if I go to http://w3.buz.org:88/index.html

but if I go to http://w3.buz.org I can get into all your directories
and such - so, this may be a security issue and should be looked into
