Była dystrybuowana pod Aniołem, też w NRD, też elektronicznie do
róźnych grupy, dla przypadku, gdzie brakowało linii komunikacji (w
zasadzie, osoby/grupy zainteresowani już mają ktoś zapisywany na
imc-pl-torun - jesteśmy ok. 50 osoby napisany na imc-pl-torun):

Nie była ważne wątpliwości wyrażone (najmniej, ja nie słuchałem
elektronicznie lub w spotkaniu).

Więc teraz faza: ,,test konsensusu", z terminem 7 dni, aby być pewny.


CZY KTOŚ JESZCZE MA WĄTPLIWOŚCI DOTYCZĄCE PROPOZYCJI?

Tzn., to jeśli aktualna treść propozycji, nawet po próba rozwiązania
wątpliwości, jeszcze ma problem dla kogoś, możesz, według ,,formalnego
konsensus", zrobić ,,stand aside" lub ,,veto". (zob np
http://www.consensus.net/ocac2.html)

Veto byłby tylko dla jeden z podstawowych powodów istnienie
grupy. "Stand aside" tzn, że wątpliwość twoja jeszcze nie była
rozwiązana, ale problem nie jest tak silny, że musisz zrobić veto. W
sprawie "stand aside", twoja wątpliwość jest wtedy napisana jako
dodatek to propozycji, aby osoby w przyszłości mogą to czytać i
ewentualnie na długi termin zrobić nową lepszą propozycję.

W aktualnym sytuacji, jak nie był ewidentne wątpliwości, nie widzę na
jakim podstawie ktoś będziesz mógł zrobić veto (lub "stand aside"), bo
test konsensusu tylko *weryfikuje* rozwiązania wątpliwości, które już
byli wyrażone. Ale aby uniknąć możliwość decyzji hierarchicznej, chyba
lepiej zrobić spójne z metodą...

The printed version of the proposal was distributed at Pod Aniołem,
at NRD, and electronically to various groups, just in case communication
had not occurred (in principle, individuals/groups interested already 
have someone subscribed to imc-pl-torun - we're about 50 people presently
subscribed to the imc-pl-torun mailing list):

No strong concerns were expressed (at least, i didn't hear them either
electronically or in a meeting).

So now the "consensus test" phase, with 7 days deadline, just to be sure.


DOES ANYONE STILL HAVE ANY OBJECTIONS TO THE PROPOSAL

This means that someone who still has a problem which was not resolved
by discussion, s/he may either "veto" or "stand aside" the proposal
(see e.g. http://www.consensus.net/ocac2.html)

A veto would be only for one of the fundamental reasons for existence
of the group.

In the present situation, since no obvious concerns were expressed, 
it's not obvious to me on what basis someone can veto (or "stand aside"),
since the consensus test only *verifies* the resolution of concerns which
were already expressed earlier. But to avoid any possibility of hierarchical
decision making, it's probably better to follow the method...
