Security committee to check Hamza links to Tube bombers
The Intelligence and Security Committee is to investigate possible links
between the London bombers of 7 July and the Muslim cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri.
The committee's inquiry, which started yesterday, will investigate claims
the bombers slipped through the net of MI5 and Special Branch police. It will
also cover allegations that at least two of the bombers had connections to Abu
Hamza's Finsbury Park mosque.
A row erupted yesterday over the failure of the Crown Prosecution Service to
prosecute Abu Hamza, amid calls for an judicial inquiry to be carried out.
Scotland Yard and the CPS denied that they were at loggerheads.
The Intelligence and Security Committee, which reports direct to the Prime
Minister, is set to investigate whether MI5 was responsible for avoiding
charges being made against Hamza because they were keeping other terror suspects
under surveillance at the mosque.

It is good news that the British Security & Intelligence Committee has
started now carrying out full inquiry into matters related to national security.
And you should be aware that according to reports , the Centre Left Labour
Premier Minister Tony Blair is already preparing for smooth hand over of powers
to his chancellor Gordon Brown . We do need to intensify our campaign for for
Full Inquiry by Parliament about our case .According to some indiscretions
in Westminster (London), they used an old legislation 1861 Act for High
Treason ( Capital punishment) without any evidence against us during a secret
trial in absentia . Already 2 former British Premier Minister ; both right wing
conservatives , Mrs Margaret Thatcher and Mr John Major could not call for a
Parliamentary inquiry back in 1990s .

contact their Members of Parliament (MP). Please note that current MPs for

started in June 1988 near the end of Cold war between West and former communist

Up to now, we are still being forced to defend ourselves without any
professional help .We are looking for a Human Rights Attorney with competences in
International Law , Security and Civil Rights to help with this case on Pro
Bono basis .
Since 1988 , there is a gag ( censorship ) from running our story in the
media in Britain .We are willing to give interviews to media about this
scandalous situation .
We have decided to take a Civil Action in High Court – London ( England )
against the Home Office ( Ministry of Internal Affairs ) which are responsible
of the Security Services and the Police . It is very expensive because no
legal aid is available . We are trying to raise funds ( around £200,000
=$300,000 ). All kind of support ( legal ,financial ,material etc ) for the Civil
Action in High Court would be very appreciated .

I am writing to you about the never ending dreadful case on Mr Nico Ntumba ,
a British Citizen who is being persecuted in England since 1988 . Mr Ntumba
is subjected to intense persecution ; gang stalking , electronic harassment ,
held incommunicado from his siblings and relatives , kept like under
house arrest and subjected to psychological and mental torture by security
services and their proxies .
Mr Ntumba has never been involved in subversion, terrorism, intelligence or
any other criminal activities anywhere in the world. But since 1988, He is
kept in the dark about
his case and the false accusations made against me by security services (
never been interviewed by Police or Security Services ; denied legal services :
No lawyer in Britain is willing to take up his case ) . Mr Ntumba has never
been convicted of any of these crimes during a trial in a court of law in
England. He is being denied of his legal rights, which is a breach of European
Convention of Human Rights and Universal Declaration of Human Rights .
It is very disgustful that all successive British governments since
Conservative Mrs Margaret Thatcher up to New Labour Mr Tony Blair now have been using
abusively British Official Secrets Act and other legislations against an
innocent victim, which results in disruption of his life, family, career ( SAP

Mr Ntumba is going through terrible daily harassment , abuses , financial
hardships, surviving now with 4 small children due to disruption of his life
and sabotage of Career / Business .
An urgent Political Action is much needed .

urgency .
