Dear Lady, Dear Sir,
I have pleasure in sending The papers for to colloquium members Council of Europe, date 16.5. - 17.5.2007 on to Warschava :
1/ Letter for you - Annexe Dopis.rtf.
2/ Letter for Mr. Luzius Wildhaber.
3/ Letter for Mr. Costa.
4/ Proposed Changes to the European Court of Human Rights Rules of Court.
5/ Paper for journal : Intrigues with Complaints by the ECHR.  
The Czech republic isn't Rights republic, The judges with theirs mafian method are absolutely doing what pleased them.
If the applications, objecting more then one year lasted prisonig/detentionig citizens of EU
  all is making malicenly, wittingly and purposely, will chucked away straight into the bin with masguerade reasons that :
"The application not grounded even feeling/dreaming of violating rights protected by Convention"
 "The application seems not any violation of  rights protected by Convention"
It is the clear proof of noexisting basic human rights for Europe Union citizens.
All magnificent proclamations about protecting human rights of Europe Union citizens by ECHR
  becomes the burlesque.
