[Imc-pl] Photo Permission for Academic Publication

Hello,
 
My name is Colleen Brogan, I am a research assistant working for Professor Catherine Lutz of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Professor Lutz is in the process of publishing a book called "The Bases of Empire: The Struggle Against US Military Posts" with Pluto Press. The book is a compilation of essays from a variety of international humanitarians, activists, and academics who discuss the injustices of international US military posts, and the measures activists groups in several countries have taken against the bases. My job as a research assistant is to collect copyright permissions for photographs that Professor Lutz would like to include in her book. 
 
3 photos that were found on http://pl.indymedia.org/pl/2007/10/32431.shtml <https://email.brown.edu/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://pl.indymedia.org/pl/2007/10/32431.shtml>  have caught Professor Lutz's attention as images that could be very illuminating and supportive to a chapter titled "US Nuclear Weapon Bases in Europe" by David Heller. She liked photographs that appear first, second, and fourth on the page, and would be most grateful if indymedia.org would grant her permission to print this photograph in her book, or if the photo is not copyrighted to indymedia.org, if you would be able to provide the copyright holder or photographer, and put us in contact with them.
