imc-process has two rules regarding posting: one is that posts are sent
on behalf of a group liaison of some sort (be that a geographical
collective or some other working group), the other that the post should
be in at least 2 languages, including either english or spanish.

it would be great if you could (try to) get a translation for this
email, before it is posted.
