people,

shayne have a good point, but i guess we had
misconceptions of how we would apply deccentralism by
making IMC PILIPINAS to be more locally oriented
rather than take the centralised name- "pilipinas".

i propose, the manila imc collective retain the name
'manila imc' since majority of the indiv in the
kolektiv are basically from manila city, and i (jong)
am only the one who is from quezon city.

the imc pilipinas kolektiv are the one who is
basically  based in quezon city area since their
organization BAYAN has an office in the said area.

PROPOSAL
+ take quezon city imc rather than pilipinas imc
+ manila imc collective retains manila imc

fyi:
philippines is an archipelagic country, geographically
we are deccentralised, that is why the manila
collective stands for a non-hierachical structure of
organising local imc's in the philippines. as of now,
we are helping setting up CEBU IMC by contacting local
cebuano people to organize themselves.
