[IMC-Process] about Indymedia Santiago de Chile

Crealo o no, el CMI Santiago de Chile desapareció.
Believe it or not, IMC Santiago de Chile  disappeared.

Ningún colectivo propuso su expulsión. Ante conflictos locales varios
voluntarios estabamos discutiendo en la lista imc-latina y yo propuse que se
haga una refundación, a titulo personal.

El sitio debería ser congelado y poner un destaque diciendo que no hay más
colectivo.


No group proposed the expulsion.  Before local conflicts several volunteers were
discussing in  imc-latina list and I proposed a remake the collective. In a
personal title.

The site would have to be congealed and put a feature saying that there is no
more group. Site freeze.
