i didn't realise that this was sent to process too - this is a formal 
proposal from various members of latin indymedias. they want to make 
pietro's proposal effective,

because of insuls and despective comments both to the renouncing 
collective and the indymedia network. there is no editorial collective 
to remove those comments.
They also announce a meeting from valparaiso in order to continue with 
the project of Indymedia Santiago de Chile, and form a new collective.
in this way we expect to avoid bad comments agains the whole of hte 
indymedia network. also expect to have a new collective soon, to give 
live to Indymedia Santiago de Chile.
