In the first place, we are not sure whether the network is taking 
seriously this original message

proposing the disafiliation of imc-belgium, athough it wasn't properly 
framed (PROPOSAL+deadline in title) and was "signed collectively" rather 
than by a liaison.

In the second place, we understand that if a formal PROPOSAL exists the 
deadline remains undefined.

In the third place, if we are being asked, as a collective, to form an 
opinion and contribute to reaching a global consensus in this matter, 
then we must _insist_, for a start, on being supplied with relevant 
documentation in spanish. At this point in time, for example, the 
Spanish equivalent of the wiki page cited below:
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Local/BelgiumSituationEs is empty.

En primer lugar, no vemos muy claro si la red toma en serio el mensaje 
original

que propone la desafiliación de imc-bélgica, aunque sin ser 
correctamente formulado (PROPUESTA+fecha tope en el título) y fue 
"firmado colectivamente" en vez de por una liaison (enlace).

En segundo lugar, entendemos que si existe una PROPUESTA formal la fecha 
tope sigue sin definir.

En tercer lugar, si nos piden, como colectivo, formar una opinion y 
contribuir a la definición de un consenso global en este asunto, pues 
tenemos que _insistir_, para empezar, en que hagan disponible la 
relevante documentación en castellano. En la actualidad, por ejemplo, el 
equivalente a la página wiki citado debajo: 
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Local/BelgiumSituationEs se encuentra vacío.
