Just to be clear, I myself am not questioning thier application, just 
that there is a consunsus process that should be followed. The proposal 
was put forward that Kenya be allowed into the network, Ana raised a 
concern, the concern was not responded to and the sponsor said that 
there had been no questions. What should of happened is that the concern 
should be publically addressed and then the application moves forward.

So, the Kenya group is indeed working along IMC principals, but thier 
sponsor did not maintain transparency in the process. Something that is 
quite important for happy network vibes :)
