The only indymedia repository of video etc is in the database of each
indymedia site, which you can access through that site.
There are search facilities associated with each indymedia site,
but google can be very helpful too.

As noted in another reply, you'll need to do much of the
searching yourself as we are a _very_ decentralised org,
with publishing to indymedia sites largely done by members
of the public. That's "open publishing". For a description see:
http://www.physics.usyd.edu.au/~matthewa/catk/openpub.html
Its author, Matthew Arnison, is the "maffew" who co-published
the first-ever post on indymedia at
http://www.seattle.indymedia.org/en/1999/11/2.shtml

all the best with your project,
hugh
volunteer for sydney's "cat at lyst"
and for indymedia
