Hello Everyone, 

I have been in touch with alisa from indymedia ukraine for a while now,
as well as some other people helping out with indymedia ukraine who
actually understand russian and ukrainian. They have gotten all their
documents ready, and have an up and running website as well and i think
they are ready to go through the new-imc process.
