[IMC-Process] Decisions and proposals

as one of the moderators of the list I'd like to make an annotation about the 
consensus decision making on this list [1].

IMC Scotland has sent a mail [2] to block "the proposed closure on 1st May 
2011 of both the indymedia.org.uk site and its associated mailing lists". But 
there is no proposal to block. I made a mistake to suggest this [3] as IMC 
London only asked [4] for the decision taken in Bradford in December 2010 to 
be implemented. The closure is a decision which cannot be blocked. To change 
the decision there has to be a new proposal.

als einer ModeratorInnen dieser Liste möchte ich eine Anmerkung zum 
basisdemokratischen Entscheidungsprozess auf dieser Liste [1] machen.

IMC Schottland hat eine Mail [2] geschrieben, um die "vorgeschlagene 
Stilllegung sowohl der Website indymedia.org.uk als auch der dazugehörigen 
Mailinglisten am 1. Mai" zu blockieren. Aber es gibt keinen Vorschlag, der 
blockiert werden könnte. Es war mein Fehler dies anzudeuten [3], denn 
tatsächlich hat IMC London nur darum gebeten [4], die Entscheidung umzusetzen, 
die im Dezember 2010 in Bradford beschlossen wurde. Die Stilllegung ist eine 
Entscheidung, die nicht blockiert werden kann. Um die Entscheidung zu ändern, 
muss es einen neuen Vorschlag geben.
