I noticed that the discussion concerning IMC Cyprus is scattered on different 
mailing lists. I suggest that we define a structure for the discussion:

- imc-communication: the discussion list. All arguments go here.
- imc-process: the decision list. Proposals with deadline go here.
- imc-tech: the tech list. Technical questions and calls for support go here.

ich habe festgestellt, dass die Diskussion um IMC Zypern über mehrere 
verschiedene Mailinglisten verteilt ist. I schlage forlgende Struktur für die 
Diskussion vor:

- imc-communication: die Diskussionsliste. Alle Argumente gehören hier hin.
- imc-process : die Enscheidungsliste. Alle Vorschläge mit Deadline gehören 
hier hin.
- imc-tech: die Technik-Liste. Technische Fragen und Supportanfragen gehören 
hier hin.
