Advierten sobre la vuelta del Plan Cóndor en América Latina
Voces de todo el mundo piden al gobierno de Colombia que respete la 
soberanía y convivencia entre naciones
 
Detengamos la maniobra imperialista contra los pueblos de Colombia y 
Venezuela
 
Una vez más la lucha contra el terrorismo sirve de pretexto para violar 
impúdicamente la legalidad internacional, la soberanía y los derechos 
humanos: el gobierno colombiano, haciéndose eco del discurso imperial, 
legitima el secuestro de Rodrigo Granda en territorio venezolano.

No es un mal sueño: el Imperio sigue ahí. La agresión sigue ahí. Aunque 
herida y humillada en Irak la bestia sigue ahí, empeñada, una vez  más, en 
impedir que los pueblos de Latinoamérica puedan ser dueños y 
constructores de sus propios destinos. No  lo consentiremos. Ellos y sus 
cómplices deben saberlo.

Exigimos al gobierno de Colombia que no continúe aceptando el triste y 
servil papel de cabeza de puente que el Imperio parece haberle reservado 
en esta nueva estrategia de agresión. Desde ya pedimos al pueblo 
colombiano que se niegue a aceptar el desempeño mercenario que el 
imperialismo ha asignado a su gobierno y solicitamos al propio tiempo a los 
demás gobiernos y pueblos de Latinoamérica que se movilicen a fin de 
evitar que los planes de agresión que se han puesto en marcha logren 
convertir a Colombia en punta de lanza contra la Revolución Bolivariana. 


Es inadmisible que el gobierno colombiano, por intermedio de sus 
mercenarios violen, rompan y destruyan las más elementales reglas de 
soberanía y convivencia pacífica entre naciones  siguiendo los dictados  y 
los intereses de una potencia imperial que vuelve a poner en práctica los 
peores métodos del infausto Plan Cóndor, que tantas víctimas inocentes 
dejó en América Latina. 
 

Reciban en esta hora crucial los pueblos de Colombia y Venezuela nuestra 
solidaridad.

HALT TO THE IMPERIALISTIC MANEUVER AGAINST

THE PEOPLES OF COLOMBIA AND VENEZUELA

Once again the war against terrorism is being used as a pretext to 
shamelessly violate international law, sovereignty and human rights: the 
Colombian government, echoing the imperial speech, has legitimized 
Rodrigo Granda's kidnapping in Venezuelan territory.

It is not a nightmare: the Empire is still there, its aggression continues. Even 
wounded and humiliated in Iraq, the beast does not want the peoples of 
Latin America to be masters of their own destinies. But we will not tolerate it. 
The Empire and its accomplices must know it.

We demand the government of Colombia to cease playing the sad and 
servile role of bridgehead that the Empire has reserved for it in this new 
strategy of aggression. We ask the Colombian people not to accept the 
mercenary function imperialism has assigned to its government and also ask 
other governments and peoples of Latin America to mobilize in order to 
prevent that the plans of aggression that are now on the move succeed in 
making Colombia the spearhead against the Bolivarian Revolution. 

It is unacceptable that the Colombian government, through its mercenaries, 
violates, infringes and destroys the most elementary rules of sovereignty 
and peaceful coexistence of nations following the orders and interests of an 
imperial power which is using once more the worst methods of the terrible 
Condor Plan that made so many innocent victims in Latin America. 

In these crucial days we offer our solidarity to the peoples of Colombia and 
Venezuela.
