Howard Eagle of RPAC was quoted as having said: "According to Rochester City
Councilman Adam McFadden (Chairperson of the City Council's Public
Safety Committee)
'we have lost control of the police.' In order to achieve justice, we
must speak out
and organize against racial profiling, misconduct and brutality by the Rochester
Police Department. We invite the entire Rochester community to join us
in doing so
on Monday, August 1st."
