[Imc-romania] PROPOSAL: NATO Game Over

hi www-features,

In principle, global features are supposed to be integrated between
several local imcs. i know we usually don't manage to do this, but in
this case - the anti-NATO actions - we in fact *do* have a chance to at
least provide a little bit of regional solidarity. It also makes more
activist sense: globalise resistance!

Anyway, concretely, i've corrected a coupld of missing " in the article
(903165) and i've added a copy/paste from the central/east european
actions coming up as links:
