Hi folks,

So the pulse at this point is that most who've responded can make it for
next wed the 14th, with the exception of Mario. I emailed Mario and might
make the SF mtg. this weekend and inquired about car pooling with him to
that mtg. If I do, I'd think I could talk with him about what he wants to
give for input and how he'd like to plug in or what his concerns are
etc... on our drive. With that in mind, and knowing that not all mtgs can
be made by all interested, can we still proceed forward and next time a
mtg. needs to happen, ensure that it accomadates at least Mario's
schedule. Thus we can get the ball  a rollin while being aware not all are
going to make this mtg., but we're getting started with this at least.
Otherwise, we're into August and that's a ways off.

Having a mtg once every couple weeks initally might not be bad and then we
can cut it down to once a month or see how things develop. If we look at
the SFbay mtg. schedule they have two a month, but I believe one is
editorial and the other is a general mtg. So after a few initial mtgs,
maybe we can go with that. Hard to say until we plug people in and see
where things progress.

What are peoples thoughts?
