Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz will give a free talk based on her new book “Blood on 
the Border: A Memoir of the Contra War” on Thurs., Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. in the 
Green Room of the Sierra 2 Center, 2791 24th St., Sacto.

Dunbar-Ortiz is an author and historian.  Her book will be available at the 
talk.
