1.) Premises
John from recording studio comes and asks about the availability of these  
rooms.
We decide we will ring him and let him know. No pay-off offered.

Report back:
- rent costs have been discussed with landlord and are now £100 a month.  
The rent is backdated for August, and rent agreement is on a month by  
month basis. No long term let is available because the lanlord intends to  
extent the toilet facilities.

Report from ACE:
- not ready to move into
- verbal agreement with landlord of the former G8 Infoshop
- rent is £6500
- will have gas central heating
- basement: fire exit to back green
- lease isn't signed yet
- possibility for Indymedia to apply to move in
- rent negotiable
- seperate room negotiable


BroadBand:
M. and G. will decide together and sign up. Possibility is the phone Coop  
or a provider G. recommends (Forest 9?)

Usage:
T. offered a while back to donate an ASDL Router

Room situation:
- considering room upstairs if not more expensive

DIY dates
- toilet expansion: might happen in future, might entitle us to pay less  
during ?

- more timing information needed

- R. organises Lost and Found distribution

- M.: asks for comittee meeting with the Forest, and writes nice friendly  
letter to Forest about stuff

- M. and S. work on Stylesheet

Stylesheet workshop on saturday
Monday and Saturday: DIY days

Outreach:
-Open Access Internet Room e.g. with edlug: S. is happy to do outreach
- S. is doing styleshee: needs admin status

decision on what to take to Sheffield ad hoc tomorrow when leaving

- visionary deadline for DIY: first weekend in November

- Graffiti: on back wall: agreed, good to have some sketches beforehand

Fundraising
- U. pursues bank accoutn opening: form to be filled in#
- publicity about Indy Centre on site:
