[imc-scotland-discussion] work on website -holding page possible

Hia,

would it be possible to have a holding page during the work on the  
website/database directing users to post on the little subsection on Indy  
Uk in the meantime?
As long as we have 2 sites, we could make reasonable advantage of it.
Also we should explain maybe to users or mention that the website is down  
for maintenance, otherwise wild rumours may spark around.
