[imc-scotland-discussion] rota for features?

would it be right to say there seems to be a general feeling it would be a good idea to try the rota idea for features?  If it doesnt work we can scrap it.

to make it clear - the proposal is that we have two or three "teams" of two or three people who each have responsibility for writing / promoting features for a limited period ( a week?  two weeks?) on  a rota basis.  In no way does this stop anyone else proposing or writing features in that period, on the contrary everyone is encouraged to work on this at all times.

The whole idea is to INCREASE participation.

I suggest that , if we are going ahead with this, what we need to find out is - who wants to volunteer to be part of the rota?  then we can perhaps work out the "teams" and the rotation system.  Anyway i take one step forward to volunteer!
