Hia,

that sounds great! I am happy to help out with training and organising the  
venue and other stuff but would not want to take the lead in organising -  
I am not that good actually in drawing people into projects and  
socialising and making it fun for everybody.
But would try to help out as good as I can, as long as somebody else is  
doing the hostess kind of thingy task.
