Web Workshop
presented by Ben Dembroski and Simon Yuill

at the Electron Club, Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA), 350 
Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow
Wednesday 13th December 2006, starting at 6.00 pm
admission free - no booking required

An introduction to the basics of making a web page for complete 
beginners.  Will take you through the basics of writing a page from 
scratch using HTML and CSS code, formatting graphics for the web, 
putting stuff online, and introduce NvU, a Free Open Source tool for 
graphically creating web pages.  The workshop will allow space for 
discussion and questions - no question too simple or stupid - and 
looking at other things like Blogs, Wikis and Content Management Systems.
