[imc-scotland-discussion] Website is up

Hello.

The Athens people were really willing to help. The website is working at 
the moment. There are still a lot of things to be done, but I'm going to 
have a break for today.

To sum up, we need:

* to get user media, from the old server. This includes all pictures and 
our logo. Till then I am afraid we're gonna have a plain-text website. I 
have no idea how we can get this content, I have already mailed Harry 
about it.

* to get the 4 days posts, again from the old server. Despite the site 
went off the day before yesterday, the database is from 7th of December. 
Posts after that will be missing

* to check why the site administration section is not working at all. 
Awkward, but not needed at the moment, editorial section is fine. I will 
check later

* Some minor issues with templates and missing database columns.

* a little banner/link of INC on the left column, as decided in the 
previous meeting

 > please play around with functions to see if they're ok and report 
bugs and errors.
