Hi,

have phoned Elaine and sent her an email asking if it would be possible to
combine screening and bookfair, but it seems the program is already quite
sorted.
If not, it might make sense to have the first screening on Sunday evening
coinciding with their paid comedy + song event, thus providing an
alternative for people who can't pay the £10/£7/£5 for the Bookfair
entertainment?
Their entertainment starts at 6pm. As Michael Albert from Z magazines
starts at 3.30pm as the last speaker, we shouldn't screen the film before
5/6 pm anyways.

Then it might make sense to use the CWU if they are still happy with us
being there, because it is closer to the Out of the Blue event space?
Though the entertainment takes place at the Bongo Club.

And then have the Forest event the day after on Monday?

Or to ask the Newcastle&Sunderland/Aberdeen people if they want to do a
screening on Sunday?

(we need to have the event space and time soon, so we can get it into some
publications. Also it might make sense to do a new poster - the ones on
the website are not very expressive or clear in what the content of the
film is and who would it is aimed at as audience.)
