[imc-scotland-discussion] ithefilm screening

hi

you're right ulla, not exactly the same conclusion...i've just sent another
great big bloody e-mail, and i hope this clarifies some things. i agree with
the points you make about the CWU - it is probably more relaxing, its nice
to get a drink, and maybe a little bit of food there, and you're right in
saying that some people attending the bookfair event might be a bit
scunnered at getting up to the city centre afterwards.

on the other hand, the quaker meeting house is bigger and better for
screenings (CWU is cramped for screening films in my opinion), and most
people won't go to both events, especially as the bookfair is down in leith
this year.

other than that, we seem to have agreement for an event at either the CWU or
quakers meeting house on sunday, followed by a forest event on monday
(upstairs ulla? it might be dark enough by then to not need blinds).

can people send in their preference for either CWU or the quaker meeting
house for the sunday event, so that we can get ahead with publicity.

also, we should try to get to an agreement as a group - indymedia - and
organise both events together

cheers, neil
