Hello friends,

I took the liberty of fiddling with the appearance of the Indymedia
Scotland site. I removed most of the 1 pixel black borders, to give a
more modern and clean look, and removed the 'infodoc' bit from the
lefthand side, since it is all available if you click on 'Information'
at the top of the site. The Infoseed link in 'notices' was removed
(since infoseed is basically dead), and a link to 'save our old town'
added [I am not involved with SOOT]. I removed the link to INC because
it is defunct. I hope nobody is annoyed that I did this without
consulting anyone -- I felt things were getting stagnant and needed a
good fiddling-with.

Some things I'd like to do but feel need discussion:

* The notices box is massively ugly and obtrusive, located above the
features. I propose that links to current campaign sites and political
groups be moved to the lefthand side, below 'Media Centers'. Big red
'Notices' boxes should be used sparingly.

* Search results list comments above features. For example, if you
search for 'granton' you get a huge list of (irrelevant, ranting)
comments to an article, and only if you scroll way down to the bottom of
the page do you get a link to the relevant article & media. <<<< I don't
actually know how to fix this. Is search result order related to the
order modules are loaded?? >>>>
