[imc-scotland-discussion] Missing features in new site

I do think we should first import the database from DADA and MIR and then work 
the archive before changing DNS, which would be good if done last.

I do think it would be great if the Newswire could still be split into local 
news and elsewhere, as elsewhere attracts less quality stuff.
