Yes. We discussed this at the last meeting a bit. My opinion is that if
some stuff is 'less quality' we shouldn't categorize it 'elsewhere'. The
appropriate categorisation is 'less quality'. ie. hidden.

It will be flexible and we can play with different ways of classifying
things.
