It's definitely an advert...even though it seems refreshing after the 27 pages 
of chinese comment spam we got yesterday to receive an alternative advert 
about solar panels... but then, if we leave it we would probably encourage 
other commercial enterprises with a slight social-environmental twist to also 
use our newswire for advertising their products?

Anyways will hide it  for the moment unless somebody disagrees strongly.
