[imc-scotland-discussion] February mini newspaper

Its brilliant to have the news-sheet to distribute, i am happy to chip in a 
few quid to the costs, i have just e mailed some contacts at Aberdeen Shared 
Planet society to encourage them to get involved in both the news-sheet and 
website

would also be good to draw up a list of places in edinburgh to distribute 
them to, i think
