more annoying comments, about police informers, IP logging etc.

I feel that it is a waste of our time moderating comments like these. We
are not solving the problem by hiding posts at all, obsessive people
just keep on rambling on.

I propose that we have a similar system to IMC-UK, where comments are
something you have to click on to see, and only additions are always
visible.

Then we can leave people to maunder on about police and libcom, and only
hide posts that are directly offensive, ie sexist or racist.

what do folk think?
