[imc-scotland-discussion] Caltongate feature to go on imc uk

Hia,

just put a proposal in to have Caltongate feature on frontpage of Imc Uk,  
of course with linking back to reports and similar on Imc Scotland.  
Talking to other IMC activists in Nottingham, it became clear, that local  
IMCs are also used more and more in development, planning and  
gentrification disputes, especially when there is a feeling that the local  
public opinion is under- or misrepresented in their local mainstream  
media. However, it seems that local opposition in Edinburgh is pretty much  
significant in this area; there has also been a big planning dispute over  
the gentrification of a cyclepath in Bristol.
